I've been running into a lot of issues lately mentally where I just think that everything and everyone is the FBI out to get me, and I keep reading into various minor events some sinister motive.

I about had a heart attack when a police officer pulled up outside my house the other day, I started ripping the battery out of all my encrypted devices and held up behind some barricades I have in my house setup for an occasion like this. It turned out he had just given a ticket to my neighbor for parking facing the wrong direction on the street. I don't even have anything that they would want to arrest me for as far as I know, but I was still freaking out.

The other day my partner told me that there was this car parked with the engine running the entire time I was gone out of town for a week, each night they came and stayed for 4-6hrs. They didn't see anything sinister behind this, and only mentioned it because it kept them awake and was bugging them -noise-wise. But obviously I took this to be FBI or some non-state actor holding up outside the house waiting for me to get back. They got video of this so I KNOW it happened for real. I was freaked out.

What the fuck do I do about this?

everything feels so surreal,almost dream-like. I feel like time is passing by too quickly and it makes me depressed,the only thing I looked forward to is destroyed and no one seems to care. Sometimes I feel like im the only "real" person on earth,I dissociate a lot. If anyone else has had similar experiences,please share.

hey ive been having this since like 4-5 months

so basically like any normal human i have hands. but theres some fucketry, sometimes i feel like these aren't my hands.
it just feels like there are hands,they're attached to me but i cant control them. [not like they tickle, but really as not mine.]all i do is send a nerve signal to move them like id normally do and they do respond. sometimes only one is "unlinked", sometimes both. i also have growing difficulties to concentrate at all[ w/ or w/out anything to distract me], loosing the sense of irony and sarcasm, and like if my brain weighted in certain area when concentrating on different domains [explaining, thinking, concentrating= front, easy math / chemistry or science soykaf = sides of back and right side of head. ive tested if it was blood but it seems to even be active when laying on any side.]
had this longer than anti-déjà-vu hands thing

lately, i've been finding myself holding my right hand using my other one, like if it was a threat or something. ik that sounds nonsense but, has anyone had the same "symptoms" ?
also sometimes i get it by just spinning them slowly a bit around and looking at them. [that works only in the dark or with long sleeves that have minimal contact w/ arm. ]

In the last few years I have had a couple episodes of extreme delusions that I am being watched by everyone around me and more. I have gone to extreme lengths to counter them in 2015 I had gotten so fed up I destroyed my laptop and phone at the time. To give context I sleep in a garage I just had them come by again I heard the engine of their car pull into my drive way and noticed how their shadows occupied the cracks in my garage door. When I got the courage to get close to try and listen I heard whispers I couldn't make out for some time then heard as they ran away. I don't know how to stop some moments my mind just does this I don't have time to think I just do. For three years I get even more paranoid when I begin to think family is watching hearing them walk by my door scares me every little sound my room has no windows and they peep in it is pitch black dark but they watch me sleep i ehar the creaking f someone getting out a car now they came back the static sounds

in the last couple of months I got really deep in a lot of subjects most of them political, to the point I felt everything was staged and false, one day I simply thought leave all this imageboards and underground sites and enjoy life,

I started going to clubs socialize and finally fitting with society until recently I simply could not cope with that kind of lifestyle anymore

So whats going on? Well see the ethereal is real. Certain groups insert thought forms into the ethereal recesses of your mind. The thought forms normally negative energy create creatures in your mind that can alter conciousness, insert thoughts, speak, move independently. Every thought form seeks the same power to enter the astral. Where they can propagate and act freely, feeding off the energy of peoples conciousness.
Groups? Not sure but monroe institutes research provided the mechanical means for non spirtual thought forms to propagate.
Those most strongly affected are mental "sensitives" taking the brunt of their flagerant use of thought forms.
Sleep is when you are most vulnerable to these thought forms. Working in the foreground.
Ethereal is the astral and inner planes where ideas and archetypes can form and function without the physical.
Alexy is my thoughtform he will form and flow eventually propagating the astral.
But there are others in my head pushing for space and activating predatorial nature within me.
To gut, stab maim / end your life before you end anothers.
Seals and sigils to protect your back that simple nothing else, excovations as well.
Magic is a lot like creation.
Sigils - symbols concoted to cement meaning and cause change.
Demons they exist, archetypal thought forms striving for the status of gods. They insert their symbols into your thought streams to cause you to call them fourth.
Gods power exchangers. Devotion brings their power into your life not nessecerily into you.
Thought form - thought form is a general term for a entitiy or object that only exist within the ethereal.
Exvocation - its like a cleaning of the mind opening doors letting out the heat.
Monroe bots - artificial thought forms whose only purpose is to disturb forcing you to become controled.
