Do you know the Wrench in the Gears blog? It's an American parent fighting against the new behaviorism in education but they also mention related projects. It's not explicitly anti-capitalist but they talk a lot about how "personalized learning", "evidence based policy", "philanthrocapitalism", "smart cities" and all these buzzwords are nothing but a new, better way to make a profit from the poverty of others and better control society.
