What kind of situation do you think you risk to get into that you need to carry two spare clips ?

I don't live in a country with a big gun culture (I'm guessing you're from the US) so these EDC threads are always fascinating to me.

I lived in a pretty bad part of my city for a while because that was all I could afford.
After my neighbor got his brains blown out in his driveway cause he had a revolver(revolvers are typically 5-6 rounds in the cylinder, some times 7 or 8 but those are uncommon) and the robbers had a normal pistol. I figured I'd carry every mag I owned for a main and a backup till I moved.

Now I have moved and my boss actually asked me and a few other on staff to carry to work in case of active shooter situations or another bomb threat.

That's rough. On the other hand at least you can do something about it unlike the country I live in.

Here's what's normally in my pockets, I'll do some bag dumps later when I can be bothered getting them out of the car. Knife isn't the normal one I carry (usually a big black ugly looking folder, crkt m21-14sfg but I left that in the back of my truck which is at the mechanics…)

Hey, you've got an original Pebble Watch! Hell yeah, I loved mine before it stopped working. Those things are a classic.

I even made my own watchface that said "FUCK OFF" in huge letters and displayed the time/date/weather in a small status bar beneath it.

It's all about 30lbs. So its really not that bad. I also don't actually have to carry it very far, that's just tools and stuff I use at work.

Damn, I can't imagine ever having to carry a handgun on a daily basis, even if it were legal for a civilian to own a handgun here. About the most dangerous thing in my EDC is my keyring. What sort of third-world craphole do you live in?

When the most expensive house costs 80k and somebody gets arrested for cooking meth, inside city limits for some reason, fairly regularly, that's a pretty soykaf neighborhood. Drugs and poverty suck everywhere.
