Any tea loving lains? I recently bought some 9 year old Da Hang Pao from Fujian province which is quite nice. What is your favorite tea? Any recent buys?

Pic is oolong bushes on Wuyi mountain, where the finest oolong is cultivated.

Tea is excellent. I've just started drinking it last year-ish and love it. I haven't had the fortune to many very good teas, however a local coffee shop sells some of the best oolong tea I've ever had. It's very smokey tasting.

One of my friends went to Spain and tried some moorish teas at a southern cafe. I wish I could have been there with him to try that.

I love English teas, I drink a lot of English breakfast as to me its the quintessential tea.

Earl Gray I don't mind, and I drink others, but English breakfast is where its at.

Sounds like you had a strongly roasted Shui Xian or Da Hong Pao.

Today, a polish friend of mine brought me some polish green tea. It was really good, it tasted a bit sweet. I think it had some vanilla, cocoa, and oats in it. Anyone have any idea what it might have been?

I've started to drink tea regularly and mostly all day after I started to move out and quit drinking.

If you have a Russian store near you you should go there and try some teas. They have some of the best black one and it's really cheap (I pay like 2-3 bucks for 100 tea bags)
